Develop and lead a high-performing leadership team across production and support functions.

Drive workforce planning, skills development, and succession planning for key roles.

Collaborate with global functions to align systems, processes, and reporting standards.

Support capital investment decisions, ensuring readiness for new programs and product lines.

Operations Manager
