Your Role

Program and occasionally operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders using Mastercam.

Read and interpret blueprints to program precise machining operations.

Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality, budget, and schedule targets.

Assist in estimations, tooling selection, and continuous process improvement.

Support aerospace R&D by developing innovative machining solutions.

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of CNC programming experience in an R&D or aerospace environment.

Strong knowledge of G & M code programming, Mastercam, and NX.

Ability to set up and program jobs from start to finish.

Familiarity with tight tolerances and high-performance materials (Titanium, Inconel, etc.).

Problem-solving mindset with a passion for precision machining.
