Job Description

You lead the plan‑do‑check‑act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.
How You Will ContributeYou will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation, change‑management control, quality policy amendments, and registration of internal and external documentation. You will also conduct internal audits, manage effective PDCA cycles, CAPA system management, and facilitate management review. Additionally, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi‑annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as the key contact for food regulatory‑agency inspections and contact management.

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Quality Foods requirements.
- Working knowledge of organic and FDA regulations (preferred).
- Execution with excellence and prioritizing results.

- Ability to interact and connect with people at all levels of the organization.

- High school diploma is required.
- B.A./B.S. degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in food safety or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in an organic manufacturing or food production environment (preferred).
- Onsite.
- None.
- Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,640; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. This position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with potential over achievement based on performance.
