• You will exhibit strong proficiency in interpreting and following Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMIs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and production schedules to effectively execute daily tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
• You will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies as business needs arise.
• You will follow step-by-step instructions detailed by senior operators in turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal instructions and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You must demonstrate strong batch chemistry math skills, including the ability to accurately perform calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and weight percentage conversions across various units of measure.
• You will work in a challenging environment that is typically temperature-controlled but can often be hot, dirty, dusty, and humid, while wearing safety gear such as respirators and flame-resistant clothing. The environment can be noisy and demands strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• You will operate and maintain large-scale powder production equipment, including automated packaging machines, blenders, screeners, forklifts, scissor lifts, cranes, and pallet jacks, ensuring safe and efficient operation in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• You will perform minor to moderate machine adjustments and maintenance repairs as needed, utilizing your mechanical skills.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• You must have the ability to read, understand, and follow complex work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• You are highly proficient in performing mathematical operations across all units of measure.
• Experience operating plant equipment and industrial vehicles.
• You must be physically capable of tasks involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, manipulation, and lifting up to 44 lbs.
• The ability to safely wear and work with a full-face or half-face respirator is required.
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn production-specific software.
• As a Level I (LGG9) Technician:
  You will meet all the above requirements and have 0-5 years of related manufacturing or industrial experience, along with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge.
• As a Level II (LGG
  10) Technician:
  You will meet all the above requirements and have at least 5 years of related experience, with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge.
