Aerodyn Engineering is actively hiring a  Manufacturing Project Manager  to oversee high-precision, low-volume, and R&D-focused CNC manufacturing projects. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role where you’ll lead projects from concept to delivery — partnering with engineering, machinists, quality, and external customers to ensure success across budget, timeline, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple complex CNC machining projects simultaneously

Interpret project scopes and propose solutions to open-ended technical challenges

Coordinate internal and external manufacturing processes, tooling, scheduling, and labor planning

Interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders from quote through delivery

Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and contract requirements

Monitor costs, deadlines, and material flow using Epicor or similar ERP software

Identify and resolve risks proactively to ensure project success

Generate quotes and requisitions for parts and materials

Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and boost efficiency

Document lessons learned and apply to future project planning

✅  Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or related field preferred)

5+ years of project management experience in a CNC machining, aerospace, or manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of precision machining workflows

Exceptional communication and leadership skills across departments and customers

Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)

Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Comfortable in a fast-paced, R&D-driven production environment

Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines
