We’ve worked hard to build relationships with our neighbors, and from those relationships, a variety of ministries have emerged. Each one is rooted in real needs and offers hands‑on opportunities for service, leadership, and spiritual growth. this place is alive with languages, cultures, and stories. At the heart of it all is a Nazarene Compassionate Ministry Center with folks committed to loving neighbors and meeting real needs in real time.

From immigrant families to senior adults, from food insecurity to grief care, we walk alongside our community with the hope and love of Christ. Here, you won’t just watch ministry happen; you’ll be the ministry. This is a space where your gifts, your voice, and your willingness to show up can spark real change. Here’s just a taste of what happens around here:

• Hope in the Park : A monthly street‑style dinner + resource event where 700+ guests are served with dignity. This is compassion in action.
• ESOL Ministry :
  Teach or assist in English classes for adult learners from around the globe. Free childcare means their kids are learning and playing too.
• Totes of Hope :
  Work behind the scenes on tangible care – assembling hand‑sewn tote bags, quilts, toiletries, and gifts for children in crisis.
• Grief Share + Faith Discovery :
  Walk with people processing loss, and help guide those new to the faith through their first steps with Jesus.
• Saturday Soccer :
  Partner with our Portuguese‑speaking ministry in a program led by a former World Cup winner. It’s about soccer and so much more.
• Youth & Kids Ministry :
  Join a richly diverse group of students who aren’t just consuming ministry – they’re doing it. Mission trips, service days, and creative discipleship are the norm.
• Senior Adults :
  Help lead weekly breakfasts and monthly events where wisdom and joy flow freely. Back 2 School Bash :
  Help pull off one of the biggest local events of the year – backpacks, school supplies, clothes, shoes, and food for 1,200+ attendees.
• Taste of CFN :
  Celebrate the global church at a multicultural, multi‑sensory festival of faith, food, and fellowship.
• Mobile Home Park Outreach :
  Go beyond the walls of the church and into underserved neighborhoods with food, resources, and love.
• Facilities/Grounds Support :
  If hands‑on work is your thing, help care for the spaces where ministry happens from classrooms to community gardens. You won’t just be filling a role – you’ll be shaping the future of how the church engages a broken world. Be developed and discipled in the core elements of a missionary while serving the city.

• Lead and facilitate short‑term mission teams in Clearwater.
• Engage in community outreach, evangelism, and service projects.
• Provide spiritual guidance and discipleship for team members.
• Coordinate logistics and maintain communication with local partners.
• Support the ongoing mission and vision of the Church in Clearwater.
