Join Our Home Health Care Team! LPN or RN - $38/hr - Whitestown/Northwest Area

Schedule:

7:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 11-Hour Shifts | Consistent Daily Schedule

Are you a passionate LPN or RN looking to make a difference in a more personal, one-on-one setting? Community Home Health Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate nurse to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to a client in the Whitestown/Northwest Indiana area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of our client’s home, including:

Description of the role:

As an LPN/ RN at Caregivers in Indianapolis, IN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, assessing patients' conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

• Responsibilities:

Administer medication accurately and timely.

- Assess and monitor patients' conditions regularly. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. Provide compassionate and respectful care to all patients.

• Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Indiana. Minimum of one year of clinical experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
