Overview

We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses for day and night shifts to provide life‑changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. The position is full‑time, with 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 – 7:00 and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, evaluate and document all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements, policy and hospital values.
  • Assess patient needs and initiate, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.
  • Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure continuity of care and maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and units.
  • Participate in all phases of education, record‑keeping and skill development of personnel.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • License:
    Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Indiana.
  • Experience:

    One year of mental, behavioral, med‑surg, critical care or ER nursing experience preferred.
