We are hiring multiple RN roles based out of our Indianapolis office, serving the greater surrounding area.
- RN Case Manager (Monday‑Friday with on‑call rotation) – Coordinate, manage, and deliver patient care during regular business hours with a consistent schedule.
- Full‑Time On‑Call RN (7 days on / 7 days off) – A unique opportunity for experienced RNs who thrive in autonomous roles, supporting patients after hours with a balanced week‑on/week‑off schedule.
- Deliver personalized, high‑quality hospice nursing care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients' comfort and dignity
- Support families through education, empathy, and open communication
- Participate in case conferences, care planning, and ongoing assessments
- Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice
- Strong hospice experience is preferred
- Work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership
- Work closely with patients on a 1‑to‑1 level but receive strong support from a patient care team
- Work independently in day‑to‑day activities including phone, email, written communication, meetings with a variety of healthcare professionals, and an understanding of hospice rules and regulations
- Manage time to schedule visits, documentation, meetings (e.g., scheduled visits, required meetings, urgent needs) by prioritizing and triaging multiple concerns
- Learn an electronic medical records system
- Be willing to drive the service area with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
