Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (PRN)

Join Community Health Network as an Operating Room RN in Indianapolis, IN. This PRN role provides flexible scheduling across a range of surgical cases while collaborating with a dedicated perioperative care team. The RN will circulate and scrub on a variety of procedures and adhere to AORN guidelines.

• Assist in circulating and scrubbing during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the perioperative care team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Apply AORN perioperative nursing standards and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or three (3) years of related professional experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license (Nurse Licensure Compact).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior operating room experience required. Self‑directed, motivated, and detail‑oriented.
