Provive Wellness is an outpatient behavioral health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. We focus on treating the root cause of symptoms and supporting long-term recovery through individualized, trauma-informed care.

The Psychiatric RN provides direct clinical care, psychiatric assessment, medication administration, crisis intervention, and treatment support for individuals receiving mental health and substance use treatment. This role works closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and the clinical team to ensure safe and effective care.

• Perform initial and ongoing psychiatric and physical assessments
• Monitor client progress, behavioral changes, and treatment response
• Administer psychiatric and MAT medications as ordered and monitor for side effects
• Educate patients and families on medication safety, purpose, and effects
• Provide therapeutic communication, support, and de-escalation
• Respond to psychiatric emergencies and assist with safety planning
• Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary case reviews
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR
• Ensure compliance with state and federal standards of care

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Previous experience in psychiatric, mental health, or addiction treatment required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PMH-BC certification preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and crisis management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment
