  Full-time, Day shift
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Work setting: 100% Outpatient
• Team: 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers

• Outpatient care
• Conduct initial evaluations, follow-ups and postoperative visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray)
• Develop and manage treatment plans for spine-related conditions
• Educate patients on procedures, recovery and rehabilitation

• ACNP, AGNP, or PA certification required
• Experienced APP preferred but open to new grads
• Experience working as an Ortho Spine APP, Neurosurgery APP, PM&R APP or Pain Management
