Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse.
This position requires availability for weekends, working every Saturday and Sunday, plus one rotating weekday.
Call shifts will be required, and holidays must be worked as needed.
First-time travelers are accepted for this role.
The successful candidate should be well-rounded and current in most areas, except cardiovascular and transplant surgery.
The position includes floating to meet facility needs.
Candidates should have experience in a variety of surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, and neurosurgery, among others.
The average daily census in this unit is 70-80 patients, with 21 operating rooms available.
Interdisciplinary support will be provided.
All candidates must demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
This role is essential in providing safe and efficient surgical care to patients.
