• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, financial reviews, and appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members and managers.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality.

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Starting ranges include:

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
