The Salvation Army (Western) - 2400 N. Tibbs Ave. [Food Service / Line Cook / Prep Cook] As a Kitchen Assistant at The Salvation Army, you'll:
Dispose food residue via utilization of garbage disposal;
Place kitchen supplies (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) in proper storage locations;
Empty trash after each service or meal;
Assist in serving line when needed;
Assist and follow instructions of Cook on duty;
Clean and maintain Utility Room in working order.
