Account Managers who know the value of face-to-face customer deliverables demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity and have a mechanical or electrical aptitude will have a significant impact on the success of customers and Hydro-Gear.

• Build strong relationships and revenue growth with innovative high value applications
• Supporting customers to create solutions and maximize customer satisfaction
• Provide pricing quotes and assistance to customers and clarify their needs to ensure proper application of products and services
• Conduct proper account call frequency (up to 50% scheduled travel) to maintain a proactive position
• Serve as key point of communication and act on customer’s behalf for applications
• Must have strong written and verbal skills with onsite or face-to-face customer interaction
• Mechanical and/or electrical field knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or drive systems is preferred
• 6 years’ experience and/or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Must be willing to travel (domestic) up to 50% scheduled
