CustomerOpportunities & Support
- Receive up to 100 new Redfin customers per year, plus access to your existing sphere.
- Proprietary CRM for managing deals and staying in touch with your entire pipeline.
- Dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and showing agents.
- Inside sales team that qualifies opportunities and books appointments directly on your calendar.
Redfin agents earn competitive, uncapped commissions. Splits vary by source (agent‑generated or Redfin‑generated) and increase for repeat Redfin clients. In‑year accelerators unlock higher splits when you hit sales thresholds. Top producers receive additional perks such as a President’s Club trip, stock grant eligibility, and exclusive access to represent high‑priced homes through our luxury brand.

Qualifications- Active, unrestricted real‑estate license.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
- Minimum of one year residential real‑estate sales experience, or related real‑estate experience.
- Trusted advisor with in‑depth experience guiding clients through buying and selling.
- Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and generating referrals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer‑service skills.
- Tech‑savvy and collaborative approach to building business.
Commission‑based role with unlimited upside; expected range $25,000–$665,000. Average earnings $115,000. Scientifically no cap on potential.
