Your Role As a Sales Consultant

As a pivotal player in driving our company's success, you will deliver exceptional customer service and expertise across our diverse range of products.



Key Responsibilities

• Product Mastery:
  Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line to provide expert advice and solutions.
• Closing Deals:
  Utilize those sales skills to transform leads into satisfied customers by going above and beyond their expectations.
• Networking:
  Forge and sustain relationships within the industry to broaden your customer base.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work cohesively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to the team’s overall success.
• Goal Setting:
  Establish and monitor sales goals and objectives, aligning your performance with the company's growth.
• Continued Training:
  Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry knowledge and trends.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of outside construction sales experience.
• Formal training in sales or a related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software.
• Ability to work an average of (2) Saturdays a month (with an alternate day off)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

What We Offer

• Salary:
  Base Salary Range- 65,000 to $85,000
• Commission: 5% of sales in excess of base sales level
• Shift: Full-Time Days
• Referral and Holiday bonuses.
