What You'll DoThis role is about listening, connecting, and guiding not pushing. You'll lead with value, build trust, and walk prospective clients through a clear and thoughtful sales process that ends in long-term partnerships.
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed engagement
- Identify and qualify leads throughemail, Linked In, social media, industry events, and referrals
- Host discovery calls to understand each builder's challenges and needs
- Prepare proposals for our$20,000+ cleanup engagementsand ongoing monthly services
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine messaging, ideal client criteria, and sales strategy
- Ensure smooth handoffs to the client onboarding and service teams
- Experience in construction or homebuilding is required(you speak the language and understand the business)
- 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, accounting, or construction-related services
- Clear, professional communication in written and spoken English
- A relationship-first approach to sales: you listen, build trust, and follow through
- Familiarity with tools likeGoogle Workspace, Gmail, Linked In, Click Up, and Google Meet
- Self-driven and reliable especially in a remote setting
We offer a tiered, performance-based compensation plan that rewards results and long-term impact.
Compensation Structure- Base Stipend:$2,000 $ 3,500/month depending on experience and time commitment(optional; pure commission roles also available)
- Commission:Tiered and uncapped. Earn1015% commissionon cleanup engagements ($20,000+)
- Residuals:Receive5% recurring commissionon closed monthly service plans (first 12 months)
- First-Year OTE:$90, (realistic based on performance)
- Top Performers:$150,000+
- Bonus commissions for closing high-value clients
- Quarterly bonuses for hitting revenue or deal targets
- Qualified warm leads provided viaJob Tread, NAHB, social media partnerships, and referrals
- Access to high-quality tools, scripts, and mentorship directly from the CEO
