Automotive Business Development Center Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

• Educate and sell company products and service to new and existing customers/clients
• Reach agreed upon calls/appointments
• Follow up on clients appointments and questions
• Assist/investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

• Ability to Speak a second language preferred
• One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or other related fields preferred.
• Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
• Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
• Mathematical skills including, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
