Job Description:Compass Truck Rental & Leasing, LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in our new Indianapolis, Indiana location. Established Leasing Fleet is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our new Indianapolis, Indiana vocational local truck market team. The Compass Truck Rental & Leasing Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Identify leads and qualify potential prospects through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to optimize sales strategies and offerings.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs.
- At least 2 years’ proven experience in the Truck Leasing field.
- Existing book of business preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
