We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems—including wiring, fixtures, panels, and services—as well as mentoring apprentices on-site.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine material and labor requirements
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
• Train and oversee apprentices on best practices and code compliance

• Journeyman-level experience (5+ years preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate lifts, trenchers, and other small equipment
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment/materials
• Solid math and measurement skills
• Professional appearance and positive, respectful attitude
• OSHA certification is a plus
