• 2+ years of servicing CCTV and access‑control systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and climb ladders to work in small spaces
• Proficient with power tools, electronics and Microsoft Office
• NICET certification is a plus

• Service access‑control systems, CCTV, fire alarms and other security systems in residential and commercial properties
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings to determine equipment installation locations
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest products through research and training
• Educate and demo systems to customers
• Accurately report materials used and hours worked on each job
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and errors
• Install equipment in accordance with building codes
• Gather and review all project documentation
• Communicate daily with the customer
• Complete mobile tasking
