- 2+ years of servicing CCTV and access‑control systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and climb ladders to work in small spaces
- Proficient with power tools, electronics and Microsoft Office
- NICET certification is a plus
- Service access‑control systems, CCTV, fire alarms and other security systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read blueprints and electrical drawings to determine equipment installation locations
- Stay up‑to‑date on the latest products through research and training
- Educate and demo systems to customers
- Accurately report materials used and hours worked on each job
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and errors
- Install equipment in accordance with building codes
- Gather and review all project documentation
- Communicate daily with the customer
- Complete mobile tasking
