Position: Lead Appliance Repair Technician
Location: Greater Indianapolis Area
Salary: Based on Experience
Bonus Eligibility: Up to $5,000 Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on solving problems and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of appliance repair.
- Must have at least 3 years of appliance experience including sealed systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
