Jack Laurie Group is looking for a motivated Flooring Helper to join our growing installation team! This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities to learn new skills, grow your career, and work alongside experienced flooring professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

* Assist flooring installers with demolition, preparation, layout, installation, and finishing work

* Handle materials such as carpet, vinyl, wood, epoxy, and tile

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites

* Load, unload, and organize tools and materials

* Learn trade skills and installation techniques through hands-on training

What We're Looking For:

* Reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn

* Clean background check required

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (job sites span across Indiana)

* Ability to travel as needed for various projects

* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
