Skilled Flooring Helper - Central Indiana (Indianapolis Area)

Pay: $19-$22/hour

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a Skilled Flooring Helper to join our growing commercial flooring team. We are looking for motivated individuals with 1-2 years of experience in flooring or other construction trades and services. This role supports projects throughout central Indiana, with a focus on the Indianapolis area.

Our current openings include work in commercial sports flooring and ceramic flooring. The ideal candidate brings carpentry or related hands-on skills and is eager to learn and grow in the trade.

This position works in a wide range of environments, including schools, businesses, factories, state and federal facilities, offices, and more-providing diverse experience and opportunities to build your skill set.

Position Requirements :

* Valid driver's license

* Ability to pass a background check

* Ability to pass a drug test

* Experience in flooring or construction (1-2 years preferred)

* Willingness to travel to various job sites across central Indiana
