Residential House Mentor
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential House Mentor. This role involves providing guidance and support to residents in a residential setting. The mentor will work closely with residents to help them navigate their living experience, offering advice on personal development, conflict resolution, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing one-on-one and group support to residents
- Assisting with conflict resolution and mediation
- Helping residents develop life skills and personal growth strategies
- Maintaining a safe and supportive living environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Patience and empathy
- Previous experience in a mentoring or residential setting is preferred
