Senior ‐Stack AI Engineer

We’re looking for abuilder who can push the limits of what AI can do while grounding that work in the rigor of full-stack engineering.

Design, prototype, and scale AI-native applications and agents that deliver business impact.

Build across the full stack: front-end (React, Type Script), backend (Python, Node.js, Go), APIs, databases ( SQL /No

SQL/vector stores).

Develop and optimize LLM-powered workflows including RAG patterns, embeddings, multi-agent orchestration, and context management.

Architect and maintain infrastructure— CI / CD , Kubernetes, cloud services, and observability.

Balance innovation with pragmatism—quickly move from proof-of-concept to production with attention to scalability, security, and maintainability.

Optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, latency, and cost tradeoffs.

Collaborate with customers,engineers, product managers, and designers to translate experimentation into robust features.

Stay hands-on with developer-first tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, and others to accelerate productivity.

5 + years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI-powered systems.

Strong full-stack expertise: front-end (React, Type Script, modern frameworks), backend (Python/Node.js/Go), and databases ( SQL , No

SQL, vector DBs).

Familiarity with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Lang Chain, CrewAI, or similar).

Experience with cloud-native infrastructure ( AWS /Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling systems.

Knowledge of LLM lifecycle—prompting, evaluation, fine-tuning, RAG , embeddings, and agent design.

Pragmatic mindset—you know AI requires testing, observability, and fallback logic, not just prompts.

Strong collaboration and communication skills and comfortable bridging technical and business perspectives.
