• Establish relationships with new and existing members to promote health and fitness goals.
• Build the club's business through member engagement and community outreach.
• Assist with club operations, including member management and reporting.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Outgoing personality and confident in approaching others.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service focus.
• Sales experience is a plus, along with entrepreneurial drive.
• Organizational skills and attention to cleanliness.
• Experience with fitness management software and certifications like CPR and AED are preferred.
