💵 Pay:
Competitive & Based on Experience

• Administer medications per physician orders and state guidelines
• Document and monitor medication administration accurately
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.)
• Support dining service, activities, and social engagement
• Respond compassionately to emergency calls
• Keep resident areas safe, clean, and welcoming
• Partner with nursing staff to ensure each resident receives quality care

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an Iowa-approved Medication Aide (Med Aide) course (75-hour or equivalent)
• Listed on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry as a Medication Aide or CMA
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Prior caregiving experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
