• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential and commercial settings
• Install and upgrade electrical panels, lighting, outlets, EV chargers, and smart home systems
• Perform NEC and local code-compliant safety inspections
• Clearly communicate with customers to provide trustworthy, no-pressure solutions
• Maintain accurate service logs and collaborate with dispatch and office staff
• Represent company values of craftsmanship, transparency, and professionalism
• Collaborate with long-standing VIP customers and support positive relationships

• Valid Residential Journeyman or Journeyman “A” Electrician License
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on electrical trade experience
• Deep knowledge of wiring, NEC compliance, and troubleshooting methods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and organized

• Experience with smart home technology, energy‑efficient systems, or EV chargers
• Calm, solution‑focused approach to customer concerns
• Willingness to mentor apprentices and contribute to a strong team culture
