The Business Marketing Teacher will provide instruction in marketing, business management, entrepreneurship, and related fields to high school students. This role prepares students with practical skills, academic knowledge, and career readiness for success in postsecondary education and the workforce.

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in marketing, business principles, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing.
• Integrate real-world applications, case studies, and project-based learning into the curriculum.
• Prepare students for career and technical education (CTE) pathways, certifications, and competitions (e.g., DECA, FBLA).
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Align lessons with state standards and district curriculum guidelines.
• Design assessments to measure student progress and mastery of concepts.
• Use data to adjust instruction and improve student outcomes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional classroom environment.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
• Mentor students in career exploration, leadership, and workplace readiness.
• Work with colleagues, administrators, and community partners to enhance program offerings.
• Participate in professional development and maintain current knowledge of industry trends.
• Support school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
• Valid teaching license/certification in Business Education or Marketing (state-specific)
• Experience in business or marketing industry preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology integration skills

• Passion for teaching and inspiring students
• Ability to connect academic content with practical, real-world applications
