GeneralJob Responsibilities
As a Teller at Community Bank, you are the first line of interaction with our customers. You will demonstrate a high level of customer service and handle banking needs including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, account inquiries and other related services. You must ensure the security of customer information and follow bank protocols. You may serve customers at teller windows inside the bank, at the drive‑thru, and on the telephone.
A pleasant, team‑player attitude is essential.
Graduation from high school or equivalent GED required; some college or post‑graduate technical training preferred.
ExperienceSome work experience in an area requiring customer service skills is preferred.
