Our Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to the residents of an Assisted Living Facility Provider.

• Collection of selected data about the health status of the residents
• Document care provided or procedures performed accurately in residents' records
• Provide each resident care in safe and comfortable environment

• Provide the required care of the residents with assisted living needs and implement treatments and provide guidance, according to all policies and procedures
• LPN will monitor and document the residents' vital signs and symptoms, administer, and deliver medications and implement other treatments.
• Review, revise, and maintain each resident medication record daily
• Set policy goals to ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain records
• Always keep professional appearance and personal conduct
• Adhere to all policies and procedures including office and state protocol

• Current State of Mississippi LPN License
• Current CPR Certification

• Ability to administer a variety of treatments and medications as directed
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take vital signs
• Ability to keep quality control standards
• Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe working environment
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in busy or emergency situations
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, management, and peers
