• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the logistics and distribution location.
• Verify credentials and permissions for individuals seeking access to restricted areas.
• Document and report any unusual activity or security‑related incidents to Allied Universal management and site leadership.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, visitors, and vendors as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following site‑specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or other site‑specific procedures as directed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of access control activities, incidents, and daily events.

• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
