Signature Party Rentals is looking for an event manager to join our team. The right candidate will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. Basic duties include:

• Maintaining existing customer relationships by providing superior customer service
• Plans, negotiates and represents the company while performing the work away from our place of business.
• Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment with the authority to make recommendations and independent choices.
• Assisting customers with their event rental needs
• Accurately recording and communicating customer orders
• Traveling throughout the valley to various locations for event set-ups.
• Space and Event Planning
• Manage a book of business

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft and other computer based programs
• Superb Customer service skills
• The ability to multitask
• A flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends)
• Excellent communication skills
• An affinity for detail
• Must possess a valid California driver license (Class
  
  C) with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be computer literate
• Rental equipment knowledge (Tenting, lighting, tables, chairs and more)
• Event industry experience a requirement.
