Overview

Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking physicians to deliver exceptional patient care within a comprehensive benefits and longevity‑based compensation package. The position requires board certification or eligibility and offers a pathway to partnership after a minimum period of service.

Salary Range: $ – $ annually. This includes incentives contingent upon skills, competencies, longevity, experience, and geographic location. Final salary is determined by longevity with the group and full‑time equivalent work schedule.
Potential Premium Earnings: $19,728.00.

Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians. External hires must pass a background check and drug screen.
