Accounts Receivable Specialist

The purpose of the retail Accounts Receivable Specialist is to provide the highest level of service while maintaining customer accounts up to date and collecting delinquent accounts as needed in a professional manner.

• Rapid Communication With Collections Agency
• Meet Or Exceed Collections Goal
• Abide By All State And Federal Credit Collection Regulations As Well As Company Policy
• Maintain Proactive communication with Customers in collections
• Process Client Payments
• Approve Credit Accounts
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist In Closing & Opening Store By Following Company Set Procedures
• Attend Company Paid Training Meetings
• Negotiating down payments & terms with Customers
• Represent Don Victor Jewelers in small claims court if necessary

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years in a fast-paced customer service role or order management role or office work experience with customers, independent research, problem-solving, partnering with teams, and using effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous Experience working with POS & CRM Systems
• Proven strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Must be able to listen, read well, and be detail-oriented in all required tasks
• Dependable Attendance & Punctuality
