The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members forth. The role offers direct and indirect services in accordance with individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

• Full‑Time:
  Friday – Monday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Expected starting wage range is $21.00 – $21.58.

We pay differentials!! Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift).

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Depending on what shifts you are asked to work:
Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift).

• High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in a mental health setting.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies.
• Certification as a CNA or its equivalent, acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge.

• Paid Time Off:
  For Full‑Time Employees it is 16.7 days in your firsticular year.

The Riverside County Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) offers 24‑hour, 7‑days‑per‑week, community‑based emergency services for adults and youth experiencing crisis related to a mental health condition. Individuals can stay in the CSU for up to 24 hours. Children and adults are treated in separate areas. Admission is voluntary or involuntary (5150).
