Platinum Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school-based setting in Coachella, CA
.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication, academic, and social development. You will work alongside a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist and a collaborative school-based team to support students in reaching their individual goals.
What You'll DoProvide speech and language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Implement individualized treatment activities based on students’ needs and established therapy plans
Support students in working toward their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Collect data and document student progress during therapy sessions
Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, school staff, and families
Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for students
Follow school, district, and clinical procedures related to student services and documentation
Current California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification/authorization required
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPs, teachers, school staff, and families
Passion for working with children and supporting their development
Reliable, professional, and dependable
