Hotel Laundry Worker

Overview

Crothall Laundry Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services with a focus on service, quality and safety. The company operates across 20+ states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.

Sort, process and finish all soiled resort bed linens, terry and food and beverage table linens by operating all laundry cleaning machinery in accordance to resort's standards. Perform linen inventories.

REPORTS TO: General Manager of Laundry and/or Laundry Supervisor

• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize and organize.
• Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement.
• Follow directions thoroughly.
• Understand guest's service needs.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent resort data.
• Work flexible hours/days.
• Ability to work in all areas of the plant.
• Ability to perform all tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Reach 12 inches.
• Remain in stationary position throughout work shift.
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
