Cook 3 - Lead Line (Full Time)

Summary: Join our talented Culinary team as Cook 3 at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas. Set within the scenic backdrop of Indian Wells, the property is a destination favorite, positioned to take hospitality to a new level.
This role requires good communication skills and at least two years of previous line and fine‑dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. The position may require directing work in the supervisor’s absence.
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 hourly.

- Good communication skills.
- 3 years of previous line experience preferred.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
- Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
- Riverside County Food Handler's license.
