Common Thread Hotels is seeking a friendly host/hostess to greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure a smooth dining experience. You will escort guests to seating areas, provide menus and introduce servers, and handle guest queries with a welcoming attitude.
In this role, you’ll maintain a clean reception area, respond to calls, and assist wait staff as needed, with special care for children and elderly guests to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
