Kandidat ideal memiliki setidaknya S1 di Akuntansi atau jurusan terkait serta minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang audit. Keahlian dalam Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi audit sangat diutamakan. Jabatan ini menuntut pemimpin yang mampu mengelola tim dan berkomunikasi dengan baik. Sertifikasi CIA, CISA, atau CPA akan menjadi nilai tambah.
