Accountant & Sales Administration Executive

The role of Accountant and Admin Staff is to handle administrative and accounting duties for management, including handling day-to-day accounting activities, general administration, and communication.

• General administration and office duties.
• Proactive in aligning with management, sales, and operation.
• Review and post receipts and payments to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, records, and databases.
• Audit invoices against purchase orders, research discrepancies, seek approval, and process payments.
• Answer inquiries and follow-ups, developing a positive relationship with customers.
• Maintain billing system and customer files.
• Prepare and process tax invoices, receipts, cash, etc., and manage account receivable.
• Prepare and process PPH and PPN monthly reports.
• Handle mail pickups and deliveries, office supplies, and other projects and duties as assigned.

• Minimum diploma in accounting.
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting areas.
• Maximum age of 35 years.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility, confidence, and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, strong analytical skills, highly dedicated, initiative, and cooperative with the team.
• Preferably resides in Tangerang area.
