Accounting Manager

Our client is a growing hospitality group managing multiple villa and lifestyle brands in Ubud. They are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and support the company's expansion through accurate reporting and strong financial control.

• Proven experience in accounting and administration within the hospitality industry, with a minimum of seven years in accounting (Open to mid‑level candidates with strong growth potential in a developing organisation)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability in handling financial data

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting and administrative operations across the business
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and annual statements
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., PPh 21, PPN) and handle tax reporting accurately
• Review and strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and financial procedures
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the finance function
