Finance, Accounting & Tax ( FAT ) MANAGER

To oversee company's financial operations and maintain proper accounting system in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards).

To ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records across all financial functions.

To prepare monthly management reports and perform financial analysis on the performance of the company.

To perform costing, profit, variance and sales analysis for manufacturing operation.

To review & monitors AP/AR/GL/Stock Inventory Movement (Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Spare Parts), and Capital Expenditures.

To manage cash flow to ensure efficient use of fund and adequate working capital.

To handle statutory submissions including annual financial audit, transfer pricing documentation, corporate tax and withholding tax returns.

To ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21/23/25/26, etc.) and to handle application of tax incentives.

To liaise with local authorities, customs, and related government agencies for licensing, importation of goods and compliance matters.

To support Management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Able to handle payroll and other general back-office functions

To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Scope of work is to cover all account related matters within two plant locations:
Cikupa, Tangerang & Ngoro, East Java

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Candidate must possess a Professional qualification i.e. Chartered Accountant Indonesia

Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing companies.

Familiar with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.

Possession of Brevet A & B (Tax Certification) will be an advantage.

Experience in handling audits, tax matters, and government reporting.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English; ability to liaise with overseas offices via written and verbal communication.

Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred.
