We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounting & Tax Executive to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing accounting operations, taxation, treasury activities, payroll, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian financial and tax regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily cash positions and bank balances.
Assist in cash flow planning and payment scheduling.
Issue sales invoices accurately and monitor accounts receivable outstanding.
Process vendor invoices and ensure all supporting documents and approvals are complete.
Prepare and execute vendor payments in accordance with agreed payment terms.
Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports.
Record daily financial transactions and prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain organized financial documentation.
Calculate, withhold, remit, and report taxes related to business transactions, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final Article 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan).
Process tax payments through e-Billing and submit tax returns via Coretax.
Ensure compliance with prevailing Indonesian tax regulations and coordinate with tax authorities (KPP) when required.
Maintain accurate tax documentation and support tax audits or inspections.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, and employee income tax (PPh 21).
Support General Affairs administration, including coordination of office operational needs, utilities, and office bill payments.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT).
Experience in the engineering, construction, EPC, or renewable energy industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and taxation regulations.
Hands‑on experience in preparing and filing PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final Article 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan).
Familiar with Coretax, e-Billing, and e-Faktur systems.
Experienced in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliation, AR/AP, payroll, and treasury functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Accurate systems is preferred.
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang Selatan
