As our Finance & Accounting Manager, you will be the financial anchor for The Cakap Group and our diverse portfolio of hospitality clients. Working closely with the Director and operational leaders, your primary focus will be driving financial strategy, ensuring strict compliance, and delivering accurate reporting to optimize profitability and support sustainable growth across our corporate entity and managed properties.

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations, including AR/AP, General Ledger, Payroll, and Cash Flow management for both corporate and client accounts.
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) to stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, managing the calculation, reporting, and payment of corporate taxes, PPN, PB1, PPh 21, PPh 23, and others.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial SOPs, budgeting frameworks, and internal controls for both existing operations and new pre-opening projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Department Heads and General Managers to provide financial insights, track labor costs, and optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, tax authorities, and independent auditors.
• Drive the financial onboarding and system integration (e.g., POS, PMS, Accounting software) for new restaurant and hotel clients.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification or Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
• A strong background in the hospitality, F&B, or consulting industry is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and payroll calculations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Jurnal, Accurate) and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
