Senior Accountant; On-Site Lombok

We are seeking a highly proactive, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Accountant (Real Estate / Villa Development) to lead daily financial operations and steer corporate financial strategy. Based permanently on-site in Lombok, this is a deeply hands-on leadership role that blends financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, ERP management, and tax compliance. Your goal is to oversee all local financial processes, mentor junior finance personnel, and maintain full compliance to support the developer's aggressive regional expansion.

Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily financial workflows, ensuring precise record-keeping, timely period-end closes, and accurate monthly/annual financial statements.

P&L Analysis & Budgeting: Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, financial models, and variance reports to evaluate project profitability.

Cash Flow Management: Manage, optimize, and forecast company cash flows, liquidity requirements, and vendor payment schedules across active project pipelines.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and support junior finance and accounting staff to boost team performance and operational accuracy.

Compliance & Tax Coordination: Ensure full alignment with local Indonesian accounting standards and regulations; handle routine tax reporting, filings, and external auditor coordination.

ERP System Oversight: Manage and leverage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline accounting data, expense tracking, and reporting efficiency.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.

Financial Leadership: Proven experience in a finance management or senior accounting role, ideally within real estate, construction, hospitality, or project development.

Core Competencies: Deep understanding of financial reporting, P&L analysis, budgeting, and strategic cash flow forecasting.

ERP Proficiency: Direct, practical experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Net Suite, Odoo, Accurate) for financial control.

Taxation & Compliance: Strong working knowledge of local Indonesian tax laws, regulatory compliance, and statutory filing frameworks.

Soft Skills & Autonomy: Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to operate with complete autonomy and accountability.

Communication & Language: Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, to interact with international leadership and local teams.

Presence & Mobility: Currently based in Lombok or fully open to relocating to a permanent, on-site position in Lombok, Indonesia.

Prior experience in real estate development accounting, project-based budgeting, or luxury resort operations.

Possession of professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, or Brevet A/B/C for Indonesian tax).
